The Opportunity
Are you ready to drive sustainable growth and lead innovation in the Aggregates and Asphalt industry? Join Aggregate Industries as an Area Technical Manager for our South West region.
As Area Technical Manager, you’ll take the lead in ensuring the quality of our asphalt and aggregate materials across your region, supporting both operational and commercial teams. You’ll play a key role in maintaining compliance with customer, national, and European standards while driving continuous improvement and innovation.
This role offers a dynamic environment where your expertise can shine and your contributions will directly support our customers and enhance our industry reputation.
You’ll oversee sampling, testing, and analysis to ensure everything meets customer, national, and European standards.
By identifying trends and addressing any non-conformities, you’ll play a key role in driving quality improvements.
Work closely with customers you will investigate complaints, provide advice, and uncover opportunities for new product development..
Sustainability is a big focus for us, so you’ll also contribute to initiatives that align with our Circular Economy and CDM strategies.
You’ll coach, mentor, and develop your team, helping them grow and perform at their best.
