Job title: Moulding Operative
Location: Inkberrow
Hours: 06:30 – 18:30 any 4 of 5 days.
Pay: £13 per hour
Contract: Temporary – Permanent

A Moulding company based in Inkberrow are searching for a Moulding Operative to join their team on a temporary – permanent basis working 06:30 – 18:30 any 4 of 5 days, Monday – Friday. The company themselves have been in their industry for over 30 years.

As a Moulding Operative you will be responsible for:

Putting moulds together ready for products to be made.
Unload and loading deliveries.
Trimming and deburring products once they have come out of moulding.
Packing products ready for dispatch.
Using hand tools.
General housekeeping duties.As a Moulding Operative you will be required to:

Have previous experience working as a Production Operative would be beneficial.
Previous experience working in a Factory environment would be essential.
There will be a physical aspect to this role with manual handling.
Ready and willing to work overtime as and when required.
Happy to work any 4 of 5 days, starting with Monday – Thursday moving to a given day off at a later date.The role of Moulding Operative will be paid at £13 per hour with the potential of a permanent contract being offered to outstanding candidates after the completion of a 12 week period.
