Location: Derbyshire

Contract Options: Full Time, January 2025 – Easter 2025 (on an on-going basis)

Are you a passionate KS2 Teacher / Specialist and wanting to make a significant impact to the classroom? Do you want security of a long-term requirement whilst still being on a supply contract?

Trust Education is looking to appoint a Key Stage 2 Teacher to join a lovely primary school in the Derbyshire area. This is a long term Key Stage 2 Teaching role, based in a Year 5 classroom starting January 2025.

KS2 Teacher Responsibilities:

The right candidate will commit to the full requirement, and you will play a crucial role in nurturing the development and growth of young children, creating a stimulating and safe learning environment. As the KS2 Teacher, you will be responsible for planning and delivering engaging lessons that meet the needs of each child and working closely with the team to ensure they achieve their full potential.

Requirements include:

* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)

* Proven experience teaching in an KS2 setting.

* Strong knowledge of the National curriculum and child development.

* Have experience of planning and delivering quality learning experiences for pupils

* Follow school policies and procedures with regards to safeguarding and behaviour

* Work with children of mixed abilities including SEND

* The ability to quickly build positive relationships with both staff and students

* The ability to inspire and motivate young children.
