We are currently recruiting for support workers for supported living services across the Swindon area, in various postcode locations.

Your role will be to ensure the residents are able to live as independent a life as possible by assisting with their every day lives when needed.

Job Requirements:

Experience working with learning disabilities/Mental Health
DBS on update service (Desirable)
Good communication and teamwork skills
Good at problem-solving and ability to make quick decisionsKey Responsibilities
