Description

Partner with business leaders to provide insightful financial analysis, strategic recommendations, and business support.
Prepare and present accurate financial reports, forecasts, and budgets to senior management.
Monitor financial performance, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and ensure alignment with business objectives.
Support the development of business plans and ensure financial targets are met.
Provide in-depth analysis of financial trends, identifying risks and opportunities to improve profitability.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure financial accuracy and the alignment of financial and operational strategies.
Work closely with non-finance stakeholders to ensure financial literacy and effective decision-making.
Drive cost management and efficiency initiatives to support the company's financial objectives.
Participate in ad-hoc financial projects and provide insights to guide strategic decision-making.

Profile

May be studying towards an Accountancy qualification.
Proven experience (3+ years) in a Finance Business Partner or similar role.
Strong understanding of financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, financial modeling, and reporting tools.
Experience with ERP systems and financial reporting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, etc.).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships and influence at all levels of the business.
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Job Offer

Salary: £43,000 - £50,000
