Our Client based in Harlow, are seeking a Head of Business to oversee the running of their Dealership.
 
Head of Business Person Specification:

Previous Head of Business / Dealer Principal experience within a Motor Trade business
A Head of Business who leads from the front and is able to motivate the team to success
Evidence of a steady and progressive career path
Highly organised with the ability to prioritise workloads.Responsibilities of a Head of Business for our Client:

Recruitment, training, coaching and development of all members of staff
Fully responsible for the P&L of the dealership
Maintaining a strong relationship with the manufacturer
Focused on Customer Service and ensure that all staff deliver a professional service.For your hard work as a Head of Business with our Client, you can expect a salary of £100,000 OTE.
