Handy Man, Aberdeen, Salary from £33,000 to £35,000 per annum + Excellent Pension, Overtime Available!

Day Shift - Mon – Fri 8am-4.30pm

We are currently seeking an experienced Handy Man to join a leading facilities management company, based on a popular site in Aberdeen. The successful candidate will handle all planned and reactive maintenance across the premises working with an onsite facilities team.

Daily Duties include:

* Carrying out Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM's) and Building Maintenance.

* Minor plumbing repairs to leaks and blockages.

* Fabric maintenance including painting and joinery.

* Water hygiene tasks including water temperature monitoring, TMV servicing and weekly flushing of outlets.

* Offering a high level of customer service onsite, dealing with clients and the public.
