I am currently recruiting for Building Maintenance Engineers based in North London. This is for temporary and permanent roles.

The rate of pay is £20 to £22 per hour for 37.5 hour weeks

Daily Duties:

* Day to day building maintenance

* Specialist repairs to mechanical, electrical or building fabric

* Planned maintenance and installations

* Refurbish wards and offices in hospital setting

* Excellent customer service skills and the ability to communicate with people from all levels

Essential Requirements:

* Plumbing, Electrical or Carpentry qualification

* Right to work in the UK (passport)

* Provide professional references and registration form on request

* Valid Driving Licence

* Willing to undertake a Standard DBS
