The Role - Applications Specialist, Robotic Liquid Handling Systems

Following continued growth this market-leading organisation now seeks to recruit a customer focused Applications Specialist responsible for:

Performing pre-sales demonstrations and post-sales customer training
Onboarding new customers by engaging teams in the launch
Travelling to prospective customer sites, luminary sites and trade shows to perform presentations 
Providing ongoing application assistance and support to end users
Your Background - Applications Specialist, Robotic Liquid Handling Systems

To succeed in this exciting role you must be able to demonstrate:

Background working as a scientist or laboratory technician using DNA sequencing, tissue typing or similar
Experience using automated liquid handling platforms and next generation sequencing (NGS)
Automation experience, ideally script writing
Ability to recognise and solve complex problems
Ability to communicate and understand the needs of both internal and external stakeholders
