English Teacher
Location: Doncaster, South Yorkshire

English Teacher Salary: £25 - £30 per hour

GSL Education South Yorkshire is seeking a passionate and qualified English Teacher for a reputable school inDoncaster, starting in September. This is a fantastic opportunity for an energetic and dedicated educator with a proven track record of fostering a love for literature and enhancing student achievement.

As an English Teacher, your responsibilities will include:

Planning and delivering engaging lessons for Key Stage 2 and 3, GCSE, and A-Level English.
Assisting in the development of a creative and effective English curriculum.
Utilizing a variety of teaching resources, including ICT and online tools, to engage and motivate students.
Adhering to the school’s ethos and behavior management policies and promoting a positive learning environment.
Encouraging students to develop independent learning skills and critical thinking.
Participating in staff training days, meetings, and parent evenings as required.
Essential requirements for English Teacher:

Hold UK Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
Ability to teach English to GCSE and A-Level standards.
Provide two professional references from the last two years relevant to your teaching experience.
A committed educator with an understanding of how special educational needs impact teaching and learning methods.
Possess an enhanced DBS on the Update Service or be willing to have one processed immediately.
