We are currently recruiting for a Despatch Operative to join our warehouse team based at Coveris UK's Cramlington site. This role is both permanent and full time, working on a triple shift.

Key Areas of Responsibility
React and assist with issues / problems from night shift
Review emails and respond
Check complaints, investigate and review with Supervisor
Look into any distribution /courier issues
Walk warehouse, review with Supervisor of any issues
Assist to ensure month end stock counts are completed
To perform ASI's (Area Safety inspections)
Help with monitoring all stock takes throughout the year
Help with timely deliveries against customer expectations. Reacting to Despatching and picking daily
Support the IAM's (Internal Account Manager) function through clear communication
Establish good relationships across departments
Filing and general admin across the department
Maintenance and good housekeeping

Understanding courier consignment systems and prism
