Job Title: Commercial Gas Engineer
Location: Static Site Based in Ipswich, Suffolk
Hours: 40 per week + Call Rota (1 in 4)

£45,000 Salary
Overtime available
£100 standby per week
25 days holiday + bank holidays

This opportunity for a Commercial Gas Engineer will be different in comparison to a typical servicing role, where you are based on a massive campus that consists of multiple industrial sized boilers powered at 2MW+. You will be employed under a major FM business known to many in the industry, which can consist of longevity and elevate career progression.

Key Responsibilities:

* Conduct reactive, planned (PPM), and installation to 2MW boilers and heating systems – Pipework, valves, gauges, meter’s

* Monitoring, maintaining and repairing piping and gas storage, planned checks for leaks and technical issues

* Complete job documentation and liaise with the service desk.

* Participate in on-call rota and adhere to Health & Safety standards.

Requirements:

* Commercial Gas certificates (COCN1 or CODNCO1)

* Strong experience in gas and boiler maintenance and repair.

* Strong communication skills
