This is a fresh food kitchen in the Blackburn/Preston area of Lancashire. Live in is available, if you do not drive, they do have a staff car as well. chef de partie required, upto £37k package. This role can either be a JANUARY start or a DECEMBER start, interview NOW, start either straight away or January.

The role
As a chef de partie you will run a section in the kitchen, this is a small team so you will work around the sections. They will consider a demi chef de partie if you are not at chef de partie level. This role will include all the normal chef de partie duties.
