Duties/Responsibilities:

·To learn and fully understand the Standard Product

·Maintain and update the CRM database

·Receive, analyse, and acknowledge sales enquiries, including verification of client details and obtaining any other applicable information either by telephone or email.

·Generating standard product quotations as required

·To understand our internal proposal programme

·Follow up quotation status with customers from various reports

·Preparing and emailing any documentation/certification requirements to customers

·Ensure all quotations meet customer requirements/project specifications

·Stock code creation and updates

·General office duties and supporting the full Sales team, including holiday cover for Order Processing.

·Transfer of monthly/weekly reports

·Responsible for Sales inbox distribution

·Stock code updates and creation
