Our client is a beautiful privately owned and run 16th Century Inn. Steeped in history, the Inn remains a truly special place which can be enjoyed throughout the seasons. Located in the heart of Exmoor National Park the Inn is a fabulous place to work.
What you will do
As the Sous Chef at the Inn you will support the Head Chef to work closely with local suppliers and strive to deliver the highest quality locally produced meals to guests. The Sous Chef you will take charge and oversee the kitchen when the Head Chef is off.
Skills and Experience required

Experienced as a Sous Chef or a similar position

The ability to constantly perform well in a high-pressure and fast-paced environment

Creativity to assist in the creation exceptional dishes

Ambitious individual

Knowledge and experience of kitchen processes ie hygiene standards
