A vibrant Housing Association in East London is looking for a dedicated Housing Advisor to join their team for a 6-month contract. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is enthusiastic about supporting residents, providing excellent service, and improving housing outcomes.

As a Housing Advisor, you will work closely with our residents, supporting them in various aspects of tenancy management, welfare, and housing-related issues. You’ll be the go-to contact either in person, via email, or over the phone, assisting residents in navigating their housing concerns, providing guidance, and supporting residents regarding tenancy issues, rent payments, and welfare benefits.

This role is for an initial 6-month period and may progress into a permanent position.
