This well-respected high-end residential and commercial construction company have built a strong reputation and client base throughout central London. They offer a comprehensive range of services-from innovative building design and layout to seamless extensions, refurbishments, installations, and ongoing maintenance-the company delivers exceptional results across a variety of sectors. These include private residential projects, restaurants, offices, art galleries, and more, with projects ranging in value from £100k to £5 million. They are looking for an eager and ambitious individual to join their dynamic team to support continued growth and build on their already established client base.

In this role, you will provide support to the commercial team, working on high-end residential and commercial projects across Central London. Your key responsibilities will include pricing potential works, assisting in the day-to-day management of projects, completing valuations, and liaising with clients to ensure their needs are met. The role will be a 50-50 split between the office and the company's various sites across London. The company predominantly operates in prime locations such as Kensington, Chelsea, and Westminster.

The ideal candidate will have experience in Quantity Surveying within the residential or commercial sectors or be an ambitious graduate eager to develop technically and advance their career. This is an office-based position, with site travel across Central London.
