Job Title: IT / First Line Support
Location: Redditch
Job Type: Temporary / 2-4 weeks
Pay: £12- £13 per hour
 
Responsibilities:

Assist users with password resets and account recovery.
Manage new starter account setups, ensuring all necessary access and permissions are configured.
Offer support and problem solving for Salesforce-related queries and issues.
Log and manage support tickets using our helpdesk system, ensuring timely resolution and communication with users.
Maintain accurate documentation of support requests and solutions.
Escalate complex issues to second-line support or relevant departments as necessary.
Maintain a high level of customer service, ensuring all support queries are handled efficiently and professionally. 
 
Requirements:

Previous experience in a first-line IT support role.
Experience with Salesforce is a plus.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
A customer-oriented approach with a commitment to providing high-quality support.
