Administrator
Monday – Friday
£25k-£30k Per Annum
Office based 8:30am-5pm, Monday-Friday
Our client is looking for an experienced administrator to join their dynamic and fast paced team within the construction industry based in Sidcup. We are looking for a proactive individual with excellent time management skills, good attention to detail and the ability to multi-task!
Duties will include, but not limited to:
* Keep files and databases organized and up to date.
* Work closely with the team manager to handle administrative tasks efficiently.
* Do various office tasks as needed to help the department.
* Communicate with people inside and outside the company to make sure things run smoothly between departments.
* Monitor departing costs.
* Make sure documents are processed quickly and correctly
* Handling multiple tasks at once, and being able to prioritise
Skills/experience:
* Experience of working in a similar environment E.G working within an office that supports services
* Self-Motivated, flexible and reliable
* Strong ability to work towards deadlines
* Be a good team player
* Intermediate to advanced level with IT skills especially MS Word and Excel
* Experience of working within administration
* Experience within the construction/engineering industry desirable but not essential
