Property Manager with Accounts experience – Palmers Green

Full time salary £30,000, Part time Salary £19 + Pool car available

Full time Hours Monday to Friday 9am – 5:30pm, Part time hours 9:30am – 2:30pm

Our client is looking for an experienced Property Manager with Accounts experience to work with their company in Palmers Green this a role that requires either a full time or part time member of staff. Do you have previous experience within Property Management? Skills required:

* Looking after all properties within the portfolio covering all aspects of landlord and tenant management including

* Minor repairs,

* Major refurbishments,

* Insurance claims,

* Property visits,

* Inspections etc.

* Arranging mandatory safety checks,

* Booking pre tenancy works,

* Drawing up tenancy agreements,

* Negotiating

* Tenancy Renewals

About you:

* Well organized

* An excellent multi-tasker with the ability to manage your time effectively and prioritise duties.

* Have strong communication skills,

* Well presented

* Ability to work on your own initiative

* Experience of supporting a fast-paced team.

* Exceptional written and verbal communication skills are essential

* Problem solving

* Knowledge of lettings legislations
