The Role

We are seeking a motivated and qualified Practice Accountant to join our client's team. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in delivering high-quality accounting services while fostering strong relationships with clients. * Prepare and review financial statements, tax returns, and management reports

* Manage a diverse portfolio of clients, providing tailored advice and solutions

* Collaborate with team members to enhance service delivery and improve processes

* Assist clients with compliance and regulatory matters

* Stay updated on accounting regulations and best practices to ensure compliance

* Identify opportunities for client growth and support business development efforts

Role Requirements:

* A qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, or equivalent) with a minimum 2 years of practice experience

* Strong technical knowledge of accounting principles and tax regulations

* Excellent communication skills with the ability to build relationships with clients

* Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite

* A proactive, detail-oriented approach to problem-solving

* Ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
