I am looking for a Quantity Surveyor to join a property maintenance company in East Anglia. The Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for refurbishment and planned maintenance contracts. This role offers a company car and private medical insurance

Quantity Surveyor duties:

To produce tender documents using different forms and types of contract, including forms of contract to facilitate Partnership Working, for all Capital and Revenue construction and building related projects, and different methodologies such as the use of framework agreements
To provide a cost monitoring and forecasting service in respect of all building related projects undertaken by the Section
To carry out monthly financial valuations of contractor/partner activity; ensuring compliance with contract conditions and financial regulations at all times
What is required for the role:

Experience of working on a range of procurement methods and contract forms.
Building, construction and procurement practice, including EU Procurement Directives.
Minimum BSc in Quantity Surveying
Schedule of Rates knowledge/ experience
