An exceptional and high performing Associate Director is required to join the Manchester studio of a multiple award winning AJ100 Architectural Practice and become an integral part of their leadership team.

The ideal candidate will posses a deep passion for making connections, winning work, and leading a talented team to deliver high-quality and sustainable designs.

Highly driven individual with a strong desire to actively contribute to shaping the business's strategic direction, engaging in business development activities and identifying new opportunities
Strong business development skills, with the ability to identify and secure new opportunities for the company, through an existing network and new contacts
Demonstrate high-quality design skills, supported by a deep technical understanding, showcasing innovation and a passion for advancing the team's skills, knowledge, and expertise.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with clients, stakeholders and colleagues, both written and verbal.
An ambitious mindset, demonstrating the drive and determination to excel in a competitive industry.
Significant post-qualification experience (10-20 years as a fully qualified Architect or MCIAT Technologist) in the design and successful delivery of large, complex construction projects within a Building Information Modelling (BIM)Environment.
Proven track record of consistently delivering exceptional design outcomes and technical outputs in accordance with industry best practice.
Competent in Revit, and a good working knowledge of AutoCAD and BIM Level 2
Adept at balancing multiple priorities and delivering projects on time and within budget
Display a mentorship approach, providing guidance and support to junior team members
Exceptional client facing skills with the ability to establish and maintain strong relationships,
capable of presenting ideas and principles in a relaxed and confident manner
Stay up to date with relevant legislation and industry changes, continuously seeking knowledge and expertise to maintain a competitive edge.Package for the Associate Director
