Your main focus will be to implement and drive the best-in-class Service Delivery to customers.

Is this YOU
> Ideally, you would have already about 7+ years of Service Desk Management
> iTIL
> Degree in IT, OR equivalent
> Managed Services, OR, Software Services
> Worked in Metrix measurements: SLA, FCR, CSAT, ATR, Change Management,
> Incident Management
Location: Chorley - and Hybrid is on offer if you're based in Lancashire/North West.
