This strategic move follows recent tender wins, and they are seeking an experienced Regeneration Director to lead, develop, and grow this arm of the business.

The Role

This is a unique opportunity for a highly skilled Regeneration Director to take ownership of a new division within an established contractor. The successful candidate will be responsible for shaping the regeneration strategy, securing projects, and delivering high-quality schemes. Experience working with housing associations and local authorities would be highly advantageous.

Key Responsibilities

Establish and lead the regeneration division, setting the strategic direction and business plan.

Identify and secure new opportunities within the regeneration sector, including partnerships with housing associations and local authorities.

Oversee the delivery of regeneration projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to a high standard.

Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, consultants, and funding bodies.

Lead business development initiatives to grow the regeneration arm of the company.

Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, planning requirements, and industry standards.

Requirements

Proven experience in a senior leadership role within the regeneration or residential construction sector.
