A civil and demolition company based in Essex is seeking a Quantity Surveyor to manage the financial and contractual aspects of their projects.

Important details:

Salary: £55k - £65k, dependent on experience
Package: Car parking, PAYE, private healthcare, company pension, 28 days holiday
Hours: 8am - 5pm, office-based (no hybrid)
Start Date: ASAPResponsibilities:

Manage project costs, financial reporting, and client payments
Maintain contract documentation and handle post-contract issues
Prepare and submit interim valuations and variations
Collaborate with site teams and manage subcontractor agreementsQualifications:

3+ years' experience in construction project management
5 GCSEs (A-C) including Maths
BTEC, HNC/HND, or Degree in relevant field
