Site Manager – Water Industry

Are you a skilled Site Manager with a passion for delivering essential water infrastructure projects? We’re looking for an experienced professional to lead site operations, drive safety excellence, and ensure smooth project execution on critical water supply and wastewater treatment schemes.

Your Role

✔ Develop and implement Health, Safety, and Environmental Management Plans (HASEMP).
✔ Supervise and mentor the site team to ensure high standards of work.
✔ Ensure risk assessments, method statements, and site inductions are up to date.
✔ Oversee plant, equipment, and temporary works management.
✔ Drive collaborative planning with 1, 4 & 12-week lookahead schedules.
✔ Champion behavioural safety initiatives and best practices.

What We’re Looking For

✅ Strong understanding of engineering principles in civil construction.
✅ Valid driving licence and First Aid at Work certification.
✅ Recognised Civil Engineering/Site Management qualifications.
✅ Health, Safety, and Environmental Management (IOSH or equivalent).
✅ CITB Temporary Works Coordinator qualification (desirable).
