Electrically Biased Multi-Skilled Engineer – Food Manufacturing

We are recruiting on behalf of a well-established food manufacturing company in the Greater Manchester area. They are looking for an experienced Electrically Biased Multi-Skilled Engineer to join their team and support the smooth operation of their production facility.

The Role:

* 4 on 4 off shift pattern (rotating days & nights, 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM / 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM)

* Carrying out planned and reactive maintenance to minimise downtime

* Diagnosing and repairing electrical and mechanical faults on production equipment

* Ensuring compliance with BRC and food safety standards

* Supporting continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and reliability

What We’re Looking For:

* Electrically biased engineer with multi-skilled capabilities

* Experience in a food manufacturing environment

* Knowledge of BRC standards and compliance requirements

* Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills

* Ability to work autonomously and within a team in a fast-paced setting
