Mobile Plumber

Location:

Swindon

Salary:

£40 - £43k per annum

Permanent contract

37.5 hours Monday - Friday

Callout 1 in 4 (£100 standing payment and min 4 hours paid)

OT paid at 1.5 after 40 hours

25 days holiday plus bank holiday

Van and fuel card provided

The Role:

Our client, a leading FM Company, has an immediate requirement for a mobile Plumber to cover works across Schools in Swindon.

The successful Plumber will be responsible for all planned and reactive works across the school sites.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Undertake all Plumbing maintenance and reactive work on the School sites
Confident in dealing with day-to-day issues on-site to ensure your work is carried out efficiently and effectively
Skills & Qualifications:

Previous experience in a commercial maintenance environment
Level 3 NVQ Plumbing qualification
Good understanding of building services/maintenance
Confident in working to tight deadlines
An enhanced DBS check will need to be completed and passed
