What's involved?

Develop and implement preventive maintenance programmes for all hotel facilities, equipment, and systems
Manage and coordinate a team of maintenance staff, including scheduling, training, and performance evaluations
Oversee all repair and maintenance work, ensuring timely completion and adherence to quality standards
Conduct regular inspections of the property to identify and address potential issues
Manage relationships with external contractors and service providers
Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations and industry standards
Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, inventory, and expenses
Develop and manage the maintenance department budget
