An established agency in Chelmsford is currently seeking a motivated Tele-Marketing & Lead Generation Executive to join our growing team. In this role, you will be at the heart of our local business, playing a key part in driving growth and success.

As a Telemarketer, you will proactively reach out to existing leads within our database, supporting our new business team through outbound calls. You’ll be comfortable making cold calls to a range of commercial organisations, from SMEs to large national companies, engaging with decision-makers to uncover insurance opportunities, including commercial and fleet insurance. Additionally, a portion of your role will involve sourcing new leads to enhance our customer relationship management database.

With your engaging phone manner and relationship-building skills, you will work to develop prospects, exceed targets, and positively represent the organisation at every opportunity. Ideally, you will have experience in a similar role and be familiar with a fast-paced environment.

This position is central to our new business sales process and offers significant career progression opportunities within the insurance industry for the right candidate.

The ideal applicant will have five GCSEs (Grade A-C) including Maths and English. Full training will be provided in a friendly and supportive setting.
This is a hybrid role, requiring a minimum of three days per week in our Chelmsford office. Working hours are Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm
