Position: Residential Support Worker (RSW)

Salary: £25,500 (Unqualified) / £28,000 (QCF Level 3 qualified)

Sleep in allowance: £55 per sleep in

Location: Wellingborough

Key Responsibilities:

Provide high-quality care and support to children and young people.
Foster a safe, nurturing, and positive environment.
Assist with daily activities and routines.
Support the emotional and social development of residents.
Cover up to 7 sleep-ins per month (£55 sleep-in allowance).Requirements:

Relevant experience in the children and young people's sector.
QCF Level 3 qualification or commitment to achieving this.
Driver's licence and own vehicle essential.Benefits:
