Key Responsibilities:

Report directly to the Group Quality Manager, focusing on all aspects of product quality.
Handle customer emails and enquiries regarding product quality and provide timely resolutions.
Conduct line checks to ensure consistent product standards.
Perform internal audits to maintain compliance with quality procedures.
Take product samples, manage testing, and handle results accurately.
Maintain and enhance hygiene standards across the facility.

Experience in a quality control or quality assurance role is preferred.
Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
Ability to work effectively within a team and independently.
A proactive approach to problem-solving and improving standards.
