The Role:

Develop and execute sales strategies to drive business growth and achieve targets
Working from the Gillingham site, performing site visits to clients
Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities, building strong client relationshipsThe Person:

Proven experience in a sales management role, ideally within fire safety or a related field
Strong leadership skills with a track record of driving sales team success
