TRIbuild Solutions is looking for a motivated Junior Quantity Surveyor to join a leading residential contractor renowned for delivering bespoke, high-end properties across London.

Ideal Candidate:

Holds a degree in Quantity Surveying.
Eager to develop skills in measurement, costing, and material procurement.
Ready to gain practical, hands-on experience working alongside seasoned Quantity Surveyors.Key Responsibilities:

Measure and quantify materials required for construction projects.
Assist in the preparation of detailed bills of quantities for tenders.
Participate in the procurement process, including tender documentation and evaluation.
Communicate with contractors and suppliers to secure competitive quotes.
Contribute to cost estimation and budget preparation.
Support the assessment and valuation of project variations and claims.
Help prepare monthly cost and progress reports.
