Project: High End Residential Complex
Location: Luton
Contract Length: 4-6 weeks

They are looking for a Site Manager to oversee the completion of the Project. The scheme comprises construction of a 4, 9 and 11 storey building comprising 67 flats with associated car parking, cycle and refuse store, landscaping etc.

Candidate must have:
Experience as a No 1 Site Manager (To Handover)
Tickets (CSCS, SMSTS etc)
Worked on Large Value projects
