Duties and Requirements:-

- Operational all-rounder with knowledge of AOG's

- Organise and oversee the daily operations

- Strong commercial awareness - cost-saving and rates negotiation

- Manage team, support, motivation, guidance, recruitment, and training - creating a strong team ethos

- Change agent, able to introduce or embrace change both technological and manual operational processes
