Credit Controller, Poole, Full-Time, Permanent, up to £30k

As a Credit Controller, you will be responsible for managing and collecting payments from customers, assessing credit risks, and ensuring timely resolution of account issues. This role aims to maintain optimal cash flow and minimise bad debts by efficiently managing customer accounts and building strong customer relationships.

As a Credit Controller you will be:

Produce and distribute customer overdue/reminder letters
Produce and circulate weekly and ad hoc on stop, credit hold status and other reports
Proactive management of new accounts and high value invoices
Build effective relationships and rapport with customers and internal contacts
As a Credit Controller you will have:

Effective, professional communicator by phone, email in writing
Good understanding of end to end distribution business process and accounts role within it
