We are currently seeking an experienced German Speaking Travel Complaint Specialist to join our clients team working remotely, or hybrid working based in London.
This well known travel company offers a range of services across the globe with a great reputation in the industry.
German Speaking Travel Complaint Specialist Duties:
* This Travel Complaint Specialist role involves successfully resolving complaints and escalated complaints, with a focus on German language complaints.
* Taking ownership of service delivery, resolve complaints efficiently, and collaborate cross-functionally to drive member-focused outcomes.
* Provide support to the Client Services team, serving as a point of contact for client-related inquiries and escalations.
* Maintain a complete understanding of corporate client SLAs and service deliverables
* Record all complaints accurately and propose enhancements to complaint handling processes.
* Participate in member success training and coaching sessions for Managers Client Services.
* Serve as a point of contact for client services, assisting with troubleshooting and improvement initiatives.
German Speaking Travel Complaint - Essential Requirements:
* Fluent in English and German Languages - written and spoken
* Experience in the travel industry is essential
* Sound knowledge of GDS such as Amadeus and Galileo.
* Hungry for commercial success
* Strong communication skills and love to deliver excellent service and quality on a daily basis
