Senior Capital Projects Manager
Are you an experienced project leader with a passion for delivering transformative capital regeneration projects? Our client, a London Borough Council, is looking for a Senior Capital Projects Manager to oversee the delivery of major capital projects within housing, education, and leisure sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead multi-million-pound regeneration programmes from planning to execution, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to a high standard.
Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to secure funding, drive stakeholder engagement, and ensure successful outcomes.
Manage project budgets, governance arrangements, and provide strategic advice to senior leadership.
Deputise for the Head of Capital Delivery when required.
About You:

Proven track record in leading large-scale, complex capital projects, ideally in a public sector environment.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage teams and develop staff capabilities.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
Experience in budget management, procurement processes, and risk management
