As we continue to grow, we're seeking an Account Manager to manage a portfolio of key accounts worth £10 million, drive new business, and strengthen relationships with our manufacturing customers.

Role Overview:
As an Account Manager, you'll take ownership of a significant portfolio of client accounts, managing £10 million in annual revenue. Your role will involve developing and executing sales strategies, maintaining strong relationships with key customers, and ensuring the delivery of tailored solutions that meet their unique manufacturing needs. Account Management: Take full ownership of a £10 million portfolio, building strong, lasting relationships with key food manufacturing clients. Ensure accounts are serviced to the highest standards and identify opportunities for growth within existing accounts.
Sales Strategy Execution: Develop and implement effective sales strategies for your accounts, working closely with customers to understand their evolving needs and delivering tailored, cost-effective solutions.
Consultative Selling: Use your consultative sales approach to become a trusted advisor to your clients, offering solutions that improve their efficiency, reduce costs, and meet their production demands.
New Business Development: Identify and pursue opportunities to expand your portfolio by acquiring new customers and growing existing relationships.
Revenue Growth: Proactively drive revenue growth within your accounts, working to meet and exceed sales targets and expand market share.
Negotiation & Contract Management: Lead negotiations for large-volume contracts and pricing agreements, ensuring both client satisfaction and company profitability.What We're Looking For:

Proven Sales Experience: Extensive experience in B2B sales, account management, or business development, ideally managing high-value accounts in a consultative sales environment. We can consider solution sales people from any background.
Strong Relationship Builder: Demonstrated success in building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with high-profile clients, ideally within food manufacturing or another relevant sector.
Strategic Thinker: Strong ability to develop and execute sales strategies that deliver long-term growth and value for both the client and the company.
Negotiation Expertise: Proven track record of negotiating and closing large-scale, high-value contracts.
Target-Driven: Results-oriented and highly motivated, with a proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets, manage a high-value portfolio, and drive profitability.
Industry Knowledge: While food industry experience is a plus, we're more focused on your ability to manage large accounts and use a consultative approach to meet customer needs.
