Skilled in liaising with contractors, overseeing maintenance, and ensuring compliance with safety standards.
Experience in handling budgets and operational expenditure, optimising resources efficiently. Preferred Qualifications:
Previous experience in team management and achieving organisational targets.
Qualifications in property management or customer service are highly advantageous.
Background in market rental properties, travel, tourism, or hospitality is essential.
