We have a fixed-term Financial Controller role available within Aggregate Industries. This role is ideal for someone with strong finance skills who is proactive, adaptable, and thrives in a collaborative environment.
Role: Financial Controller
Location: Bardon Hill, Coalville (Hybrid working: 2-3 days on-site and 2-3 days remote per week)
Rate: £26.00-£30.00 per hour (Dependent on experience)
Contract Length: Fixed-term (3 months, from January 2025 to March 2025, with potential extension)
Shift Patterns: Full-time, 40 hours per week. Standard hours: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM, with flexible working options available.
Responsibilities:

Support day-to-day controllership of the RMX division, working closely with the RMX Financial Director (FD) and Financial Controller (FC).
*
Act as a finance partner for Regional Directors and Area General Managers.
*
Assist with capital paper submissions.
*
Address and resolve internal audit gaps.
*
Provide support to the Financial Director on ad hoc requests.
*
Collaborate effectively to reduce workload for the current controller.
Essential Requirements:

Proven experience in financial control or a similar role.
*
Strong ability to manage and resolve financial issues efficiently.
*
Collaborative mindset with excellent communication skills.

Experience working within a fast-paced, dynamic environment
