Your new role
Position: Commercial Plumber
Location: Loughborough (single site)
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM (37.5 hours per week)
Start Date: 7th April 2024Pay: Up to £24.65 p/hr (Umbrella)
Contract Type: Temporary, (with the potential to become permanent after 3 months)

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

Asset Identification: Conduct thorough inspections to identify plumbing assets.
Temperature Checks
Shower Temperature Adjustment
TMV Adjustment/Servicing: Service and adjust Thermostatic Mixing Valves (TMVs) for optimal performance.
Replace Isolation Valves
Replacing Taps/Flexible Hoses
Pipework Alterations: including correcting expansion vessel orientations.
Cold Water Storage Tank Modifications: installing lid vents, rodent screens, and other necessary components.What you'll need to succeed

Level 3 Plumbing Qualification
Commercial Experience
Two references from employment within the last 2 years.
