A global leading Food & Beverage organization is seeking an experienced Senior Compensation and Benefits Specialist with expertise in Job Architecture, M&A harmonisation and building salary ranges.

The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in developing and implementing compensation and benefits strategies that align with the organization's new business objectives pre and post finalisation of a transformational acquisition. This position requires a strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

This role is a FTC - 9-12 months and offers highly flexible working from home environment.

Key tasks will include:

Support global grading, compensation and benefits harmonisation project across the combination of two companies across a range of workstreams
Support the design and implementation of a new job architecture framework that supports the new organizational design and career progression
Develop and maintain new salary structures and pay ranges based on market data and internal equity considerations
Conduct market research and benchmarking to ensure competitive and equitable compensation practices
Collaborate with HR partners, finance, and business leaders to provide guidance on compensation-related matters.
Analyse compensation trends and make recommendations for adjustments to ensure competitive positioning in the market
Prepare reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to key stakeholders.
Assist in the development and implementation of total rewards strategies that attract, retain, and motivate employeesSkills and experience required:

Proven experience as a Senior Compensation and Benefits Analyst ideally with a focus on Mergers and Acquisitions, Job Architecture, and Salary Range Building
Strong understanding of compensation principles, job evaluation methodologies, and regulatory requirements
Proficiency in data analysis and advanced Excel skills. Experience with HRIS (Workday and Success Factors) and compensation software is preferred
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
