The HireWorks are currently recruiting for a Maintenance Manager to work for an excellent company based in North Cambridge.

They’re ideally looking for someone with previous experience working within the property sector, however it wouldn’t be a deal breaker for someone coming from a different industry.

Typical duties include:

* Lead and manage the maintenance team.

* Monitor job tickets and work due to be completed by the department.

* Manage external contractors for quality and efficiency.

* Preparing tender specifications

* Drive continuous improvement to optimize operations.

The successful candidate:

* Proven experience working in a similar management level position.

* Strong leadership and organisational skills.

* Excellent communication and IT skills.

* Strong understanding of health and safety regulations.
