Are you an experienced Transport Coordinator looking for your next challenge? We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Senior Transport Coordinator / Administrator to join our dynamic team in Birmingham. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, supporting both internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth and efficient transport operations.

Key Responsibilities:
" Act as the first point of contact for client and partner queries via telephone, email, and Nexus messaging, resolving issues promptly to avoid escalation.
" Liaise with internal teams, including warehouse, customer service, and drivers, to ensure efficient operations.
" Update systems and reports accurately and in a timely manner.
" Perform general administrative tasks and provide team support when needed.
" Monitor driver performance using system data to identify areas for improvement.
" Review and update processes periodically, ensuring all team members are cross-trained to maintain flexibility and efficiency.

What We're Looking For:
" Previous experience working in a fast-paced pallet network environment.
" Strong attention to detail and ability to follow processes through to completion.
" Ability to adapt and react quickly in a dynamic work environment.
" Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
