Position: Service Administrator Location: Stoke Poges, Berkshire

Are you the friendly face and confident voice that greets every customer with a smile? Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment where organization and efficiency are key? If so, we want you to join our dynamic team as our Service Administrator?

Key Responsibilities:

* Warmly greet and assist customers in person and over the phone, ensuring an exceptional customer experience.

* Schedule and manage service, MOT and repair appointments, coordinating with the workshop team to ensure timely and efficient service delivery.

* Provide accurate information about our services, pricing, and promotions, and address any customer inquiries or concerns (Full Training provided).

* Maintain an organized and welcoming reception area, creating a positive first impression for our customers.

* Handle administrative tasks such as processing paperwork, maintaining computer records, and processing customer payments.

Qualifications:

* Well-presented appearance, with a friendly and approachable demeanour

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

* Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with good attention to detail.

* Proficiency in using computer systems and software for scheduling and administrative tasks.

* Previous experience in a service centre/car dealership, in a receptionist role is preferred.

* Passion for the automotive industry and a desire to provide highest levels of service to our customers.
