Refrigeration Senior Service Engineer

Pennine Refrigeration Services is looking for a Senior Service Engineer to support our growing dynamic team from our northern office. As a Senior Service Engineer, you will support the day-to-day operations within our engineering team, ensuring high standards of service delivery while supporting both clients and engineers, either remotely or site based. The candidate must have proven experience in refrigeration with large Freon and C02 plants, and ideally ammonia systems.

Key Responsibities:

* Maintain strong client relationships and resolve site operational issues

* Provide proactive support through routine site visits

* Assist the Engineering Supervisor and Head of Service in the development and training of the engineering team.

* Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

Requirements:

* Proven experience in large commercial, or industrial refrigeration (ammonia experience would be beneficial)

* Previous experience in a senior role is desirable

* Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills

* Strong understanding of health and safety regulations
