Senior Legal Counsel - IT/IP
Our leading Energy industry client is currently looking for a Senior Legal Counsel to join their team, to promote good corporate governance across the organisation!
What you’ll be doing:
You'll be focusing on legal issues relating to IT, IP and data protection work, drafting and interpret documentation in a commercial pragmatic way.
What you’ll need:
* Experience as a Legal Counsel/Barrister/Solicitor working in Energy, Infrastructure or Technology sectors.
* Proven expertise in IT and IP law is essential.
* Knowledge of data protection and negotiating IT contracts.
Location: – London - Hybrid
Salary Range: from £80,000 - £100,000 plus bonus/benefits
